By using Clinch (clinch.digital), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Clinch is

Clinch is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers and consultants write, score, and manage client proposals. It generates proposal and follow-up text based on your inputs, and can optionally send proposals to your clients on your behalf with read tracking.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Clinch.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may use Clinch for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Use Clinch to generate fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to Clinch.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

AI-generated content

Clinch generates proposal text using AI. You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending it to clients. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always read what you send.

Payments and subscriptions

Clinch is $19/month, billed after a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged automatically and billed monthly thereafter until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

Intellectual property

You own the proposals and content you create with Clinch. We claim no rights over your output. The Clinch platform, codebase, and branding remain our property.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Clinch is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost deals, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
