Refund Policy

The free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel any time during those 3 days, you owe nothing.

After the trial

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged $19 and you're billed $19/month going forward, on the same date each month, until you cancel.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account settings.
• If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.
• If you cancel after being charged, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

How to request a refund

Outside of the trial period, charges are generally final. If you were charged in error — for example, a technical issue prevented you from cancelling in time — email hello@clinch.digital with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address on your account, and we'll review it. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud).
