Clinch ("we", "us", "our") operates clinch.digital. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account data — email address and password when you sign up.
• Proposal content — the notes and text you paste in to generate proposals. This is used only to produce your output in real time.
• Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, feature usage) to improve the product.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

• We do not use your proposal content or client data to train AI models.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

How we store your data

Your data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. Access is limited to authenticated users only. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Third-party services

We use the following services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI proposal generation (inputs are not stored or used for training)
• Vercel — hosting

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@clinch.digital. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
